Dale jr already has 4 xfinity drivers under contract. Depending if Hallie is still under Ford's development program she can't drive a Chevy that's under JRM. Ford isn't helping her improve as a driver since Ford just won their 1st xfinity race at Pocono in the 2024 xfinity season that's more than half over. Hallie drove for a 1 car team as a xfinity rookie. What was AM Racing expecting??? With no testing & hardly no practice at the tracks anymore, she was set up to fail from the start. Has Ford limited their support to SHR since they are leaving Nascar???

I’d like to see DJ give her a shot in at least one Xfinity race and see how she does or at the most help her get the coaching she needs to help her understand the car better to tell the crew chief better

Jr knows she would b a step backwards no time or $ to mentor and the future line up at JRMis already a done deal. She should run a limited schedule in Arca and get her edge back. Lots of chicks in Arca she can prove she's number 1 chick in auto racing.

Because she is sponsored by Ford's Developmental program. They would have to let her out of their deal before she could go to a Chevy or Toyota Team (She was with Toyota Developmental but they let her out of it to go to Ford)
Dale should bring Hailie into his Xfinity team and let her develop and show Toyota and Ford what they could have had if they had given her the equipment and the coaching and encouragement she so badly needs

Kelly Earnhardt and Rick Hendricks have a huge input in who drives the cars. So it's not up to Dale. JRM is already busy developing young drivers Mayer, Smith, and Jones.

I think it would be really cool if she was on Dale and Kelly's Xfinity team but Hailie's got to do what's best for Hailie and only she knows that
She was on her way to greatness then Ford offered her a pipe dream and a bunch of money and she, being her age and maturity in life, jumped on it. If Ford would've set her up with a competent team the outcome would've been way more positive. Expecting a rookie driver with a rookie team to have a winning outcome is not reality. I still say she has the talent to win alot of races if not a championship if given the opportunity to learn and get wheel time with a knowledgeable and competent team.

She needs to break with Ford. What I read that Logano was constantly on radio, at Chicago, to the AM team on what the car needed. Josh Berry had 2 flat tires back to back in the AM car. She had lots of really bad pit stops with AM.
I also wonder if there was a communication problem, the Men crew not listening to the girl. Because they are men and know more than any girl. So they set up and adjusted car ignoring Hailie.
Read she may be racing in Tans-Am TA2, which I believe is a very smart move. Backed with maybe rides with the more experienced/professional Xfinity teams who will listen to her and explain to her the good and bad of her input.
AM was not the right team for her. They are a one car team that hasn't got the money to consistently competitive. She'd be competitive on almost any other team in much better equipment. The equipment matters as does the crew chief. She needs coaching. And to learn to give feedback about what the car needs.

Halie needs to life coach and it's NOT her fiancee if she wants to pursue professional racing.
Joey Logano jumped in Halie's former #15 and secured a Top 10 finish. How? Logano is focused and driven and doesn't waste time filming social media with his wife. Logano is on the sim trying different lines, tweaking set-ups finding ways to reduce lap times. Logano spends a lot of time with his crew chief. Halie is out at the lake farting around. I would love to see more women in racing. So it's disappointing to watch Halie piss away her career in favor of making her fiancee happy and creating content. Maybe her father can reel her in, maybe it's too late.
Experience is loosely used. Some drivers from the start - you know are going to be top tier. Not because of races won, but because they can get to the front. Because they are up on the wheel. Look at Denny and Joey. Joey won Las Vegas and wasn't old enough to drink champagne. Nobody is expecting Hailie to win, just show the will to move to the front. Because that is the experience that matters.

The truck series is nothing but a modified crash up derby. Junk in my opinion. I have saw her drive very well in a midget on dirt. She has talent. Hope she does well wherever she goes. Opportunity comes and goes, NAPCAR is just that. 😴😴😴
should of stayed in trucks. she moved up to fast because of her dad's connections. atm she lost all her fan's. just start over from the truck's git more seat time and learn for 2 or 3 years then move up. it's a shame a team that wanted to better their car put a rockey driver in it. sorry for the typoes.

Maybe Jr could mentor her without putting her in a car. Just teach her how to explain what the car needs, etc. Or, why couldn't Ford provide her with a mentor to teach her this stuff since she is already driving for Ford - that should be part of it anyway. Give your drivers good relevant knowledge about the car, a good car and good instructions on what you need from them and what (not talking about $) you will do for them.
@@deeann8548 the top tier truck team said she wouldn't come to team meetings she wouldn't come to the Sim racing machine she would just show up for race day like she didn't want to learn the team commented that they couldn't get rid of her quick enough for tearing all their trucks up she didn't do nothing in trucks for 3 years she needs to go back to Arca or whatever series she was competitive in and start over and be like a sponge and soak all the knowledge up
I think a year in a JR Motorsports sponsored car in the CARS Tour and then bring her back to Xfinity ..... If she can get out of her Developmental contract with Ford

Dale is just being nice. To be honest, if her last name wasn't Deegan, I doubt she would've gotten anywhere. If Dale felt strongly about it, he'd put his money where his mouth is and hire her.

Jr would be good for her but she would have to really listen to her team. She is doing a trans am thing with Ken Shrader who is of course a very close family friend of Dale Jr. Maybe this will get the wheels turning. Ken maybe really really scouting Hallie.
If Dale thinks she would succeed in the right circumstance. Why not create that circumstance. I wouldn't think sponsorship would be a huge issue.

I think the weakest point in the 15 team is not the driver. Berry didn't do any better on an oval. A road coarse isn't a good guage because there are too many other variables.

I'm not knocking him , I think he is going to be a superstar in a few years . But like Jr , I think with the right team/backing Hailee can / will be a great driver one day .
