  • Here it is guys, the Toyota Vios G 2021 on Genting Hill Climb - We managed to get in a drive in this latest interpretation of the Vios G, and again it is many thanks to UnitedStar Corporation, our friendly Toyota dealership in Aman Suria, Petaling Jaya for the loan of the car.
    This drive is in response to the numerous requests from our viewers and subscribers. Surprisingly, the drive was a lot smoother than the previous Vios we took up - perhaps they have done some fine tuning to the chassis and/or drive train, or was it my driving is getting better?
    Whatever it is, it tells me that there is yet life in this model - it is one of the better handling B-segment sedans, a very well put together package.
    And remember, you can book the car through our channel:

    I own Vios G too. I love the suspension and NVH but the engine is not too responsive. Always "roaring" depends on driving ways. Just for santai2 driving its really okay. I choose Vios than City because of the Realibilty, Resale Value & Comfort. And the biggest why i choose because of my wife. Hahaha She love Toyota. As a husband, we are Head of Family but wife is a Neck of Family. Head never turn if neck wont turn. Kbye.

    The moment uncle took the first corner wide after the guard post, you know he’s going all out haha. Nice that you could finally push a little harder with less traffic, with all the wide entries and clipping apexes. Am surprised to see that the current generation of ASEAN Yaris’s platform seems very well sorted from the way it looks how planted it is in the corners. It seems to be a very well fun packaged car that could be very well sporty and affordable, except the design taste and cvt seems a like a drawback.

    • @YSKhongDriving
      @YSKhongDriving  Před 2 lety +2

      I think there may be some differences in the programming objectives. Everythimg depends on what were the parameters set when tuning the cvt and engine.

      Depends bro. Vios uses Aisin while City uses Earth Dreams Technology. City RS only compares with Vios GR-S which can’t compare with normal variants of Vios. Anyways, honestly, City RS power is not even faster compare to Vios GR-S, despite acceleration for Vios GR-S and City RS are the same which is nearly 10 seconds but top speed for Vios GR-S is higher than City RS.

    • @esk4105
      @esk4105 Před 2 lety +2

      Like City RS is only 175km/h while Vios GR-S is only 201 km/h based on top speed

      @@esk4105 any B segment cars can hit the maximum speed but the point is how the powertrain works, the interesting point of City RS is need to test how well it handles with the e:HEV power train and not blind comparison of top speed, cars are not sold with the purpose of hitting max. speed please study before u comment bro, not to mention GR-S is out of comparison as it is just a vios with additional "gears" and body kit only, we need to see how CITY rs perform, uncle already tested GRS

      Yes you can- thr gears will shift quite often, and you may find it frustrating with so much auto shifting. Downhill you brakes will overheat, which is dangerous. I would advice you to use 2nd or third.
