Your body must be able to handle it. You need to be willing to make sacrifices in order to get better at what you want to accomplish and you gotta be smart about it or you will end up at the morgue sooner than you'd like. Guys like Denis and Levan are freaks of nature and don't get to where they are by just simply injecting needles.
