I remember when I shot here earlier in the day as a tuckasee archery male high school pin shooter with my mathews trg7 and I really wanted to meet Jessie Broadwater, but I was able to meet Jacob Marlow at the elite booth while was looking at the victorys they had on display.
If there are 25 people shooting clean, it tells me they need to look at changing the target or do something to make the round more challenging, at least for the top guys.
They did change the target. They went to inside out scoring, meaning if your arrow touches the x ring line, it’s a 4. As for 25 making the shoot off, I think about 300 or so entered, so it’s less than 10% of the field. Sounds about right.
Why would they change the target? 25 out of hundreds shot clean. 120 arrows without dropping an x is impressive as hell, trust me it's challenging these guys already. Appreciate how good these guys actually are.
@@shaneraine8081 what defines a "real archer"? People saying the game is too easy for the top guys and not being able to keep up? Or the guys who put in the work to shoot clean in national events?
I love how the the armless archer gets no special recognition. He's aknowledged. And that's it..awesome
He’s such a great guy kind of takes you off guard when he says hey high five and lifts his shoulder like he’s trying to give you a high five
Thanks for the coverage, good stuff fellas!
Love the armless Archer he did good at the Olympics got a silver in the 2012 and has the longest accurate shot 310 yards 🤠👍
Mr. Pagni did pretty good with that old Hoyt with spiral cams. Those things were agressive
Good coverage thanks y'all.

so the shaft has to be completely inside out in the x ring to be a point? any disruption of the line is out?
Usually the first couple rounds of the shoot off are scored regularly and then they go inside out scoring.
The guy with know arms first shoot he had good numbers hes unreal better then guys with two arms
Great shooting guys
all was fantastic except for the incessant jabbering from the media.....g
Does Reo WIlde still use the HBX? I can't tell from my position.
Russell Cotter yeah that use that in a long time, he went back to the HPC
Did they guy next to Matt Stetson actually ask him "want me to grab them for you?". 😂 I'd have to
That’s a lot of handshaking lol
