If I was the richest man on the planet ever I would buy that island and build my house there.
That house must then stand on stilts, as this sea has some tides that makes the sandbank flood.
You would also be the most stupid man on the planet if you would do that, since the island is moving eastward with a speed of about 100 meters per year. During a storm, the whole island can be under water.
