Today I have a great recipe for donut again.
Even the novice can make it for the first time, you can try the dough with this dough.
It is easy and very tasty and soft 👍
Try this recipe, believe me, you'll love it.
The ingredients used.
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar 20 grams.
1 teaspoon of dry yeast 5 grams.
1 egg.
1 glass of warm milk 200 ml.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil 30 ml.
2.5 cups of wheat flour 300 grams.
1 teaspoon of salt 6 grams.
For the filling.
100 grams of cheddar cheese.
100 grams of feta cheese.
For the above.
1 egg yolk.

Sally Hu ,i am Happy to share this alternative for cheese,with you because we can used the original recipe as an apetiser and the other option as a desert and the only change will be the apples instead of cheese,and because I will make this recipe as a desert I will add 2 tablespoons of vanilla powder sugar to the dough,for the flavor and for the apple filling I will use 5 apples peeled and grated ( squeeze by hand the juice ) and you can drink that juice after,is delicious .,then add 1 tsp cinnamon to the apples added to the dough ,and brush egg wash on top ,sprinkle some sugar and enjoy the apple strudel I will call it .Baking time will be longer,350 f 50 - 60 min ,because the cheese melted faster .Let me know how successful and delicious was in the end,Bonn appetite Sally

Sally Hu ,my dear I love baking apple Pie from my mother ,s recipe with puff pastry dough ,Now I found Lezzet,s recipe and this dough is easy compare with the puff pastry.When I buy apples I,m looking for the cheapest,and is optional if you added sugar ,vanilla any extract but add 1-tblspoon sugar in the dough plus 20 grams from the dough recipe

@@serpacsus hola buenas tardes si me quedo muy rico lo prepare con levadura seca, segui la receta lo único que cambie fue el queso porque utilice uno que tenia en casa parecido al cheddar pero por lo demás todo lo hice según la receta y no dice masa madre, prepáralo ya verás que te va a gustar un saludo feliz tarde

Lezzet Tutkunu you are very welcome. I used the local cheese which is similar to feta and the mozzarella -- we have very few cheese here in Dhaka. I think cheddar as you use would make it more fluffy-- but I was very happy even it could be lighter. Next time I will not add the mizzerella. So happy to find your channel! 💖
