Pretty sure she doesn't look like that in her daily life. It's all for the camera, ie it's makeup, styling, lighting, angles. She's gorgeous, yes, but please don't compare yourself to a perfected look. I do that too myself sometimes but it's genuinely not good for anyone.

Hey everyone! I messaged the seller with the mouldy cactus coasters and they replied and explained how it happened for the first time and it must’ve been from shipping! They have amazing reviews and beautiful stuff so please don’t let this incident stop you from shopping with them!! They also told me they reached out to Mia but she hasn’t replied or read it yet. So I hope she will see this :)
They must’ve gotten wet in transport and that’s also why they didn’t fit in the pot - they are soaked and expanded :/

Would make sense tbh but the seller is a middle aged man without a CZcams account who already contacted Mia when I reached out to him. I advised him to write a comment under the video and then did it myself.
He since sent her new items and completely refunded her :) I just wanted people here to know that it wasn’t the sellers fault because I read some mean comments

My thoughts exactly... that is not okay I feel like the people just said screw it and packaged it that way. The fact they wouldn’t fit together either showed they either got moist and swelled up or they just didn’t bother to check the fit. Even after washing you can still see mold/mildew spots.
I KNOW RIGHT. Mia was way too nice about that. Something about them was not right at all especially bc of the fact that they didn’t even fit and for $50 that’s so upsetting.

When I was pregnant I was obsessed with the smell of wood haha, it wasn’t a craving, I didn’t want to eat it or anything but the smell was just so good to me!

I bought the cactus coasters from CliveRoddy on Etsy last year and they are amazing! Really well made and look great. It's a shame that there was an issue with the ones she was sent. Clearly had a issue with moisture getting in during postage from the UK to the US with huge delays due to covid so most likely been sat around in a cold wet warehouse!
Definitely recommend checking out his store on Etsy (I can't post the link as CZcams deletes my comment!) But it's in the video description. You don't get 1400+ 5* reviews for a bad product and this is clearly a one off.
For all the comments about these being knock offs, they aren't. Hand made and uniquely designed, the ones you see on eBay etc are counterfeit Chinese knock offs.

Knitting has 2 sticks I call them, where as crochet is 1 but it has a hook at the end, and crochet Has way more cool stitches. Thanks you for supporting small businesses, I found the crochet sloth pattern online, so it’s on my to do list.

Mia that was most definitely mold on the cactus coster. Give them a bleach bath or the Mold will regrow. But they should be totally find afterwards. We're probably stored somewhere damp before shipping, they TOTALLY should have been inspected before they shipped but it happens and I wouldn't blame the seller, but maybe shoot them a message. They might be unaware their storage system needs a revamp.

I crochet and it is so easy once you get the hang of it. Knitting seems so much harder in my opinion. I would absolutely love to see you learn how to crochet!!! Please give it a try!!! I also have done pottery and it’s a lot more difficult but extremely fun! I just love the possibilities that come with art!
I used to do a lot of the needle arts and found crocheting the easiest. Once I learned a few stitches, it was even better. I made baby clothes that sold at the Big E Grange building. A labor of love for friends who needed the help.

Knitted items are made with 2 separate needles and can be machine mass produced while crochet uses a single needle/hook and cannot be mass produced. I have been crocheting since I was 5 and it is super satisfying watching a skein of yarn turn into a character I made up or any other project! It is a bit of a learning process once you start, but after the basics you can make just about anything.
I don't have one, but my best friend has an Etsy shop, TheBlueKitsune, she makes all of the pieces herself and she's very talented

I don't have a small business, I just paint for fun and as a way to relax and I do make cards sometimes for family member's or colleague's birthdays or Christmas... someone actually said I should make some cards and sell them on eBay but... I just don't have enough time to do that next to my full-time job. And owning a small business I'd have to do all the tax stuff it just sounds so difficult. Kudos to everyone who owns a small business to sell handmade stuff, though!
