The FV4005 Stage II is a British tier 10 tank destroyer.
This tank destroyer project was developed on the basis of the Centurion Mk3 tank in the early 1950s. The vehicle was initially tested with a mechanized ammo rack. However, the ammo rack did not fit the turret, and it was canceled. One prototype was manufactured and underwent trials, but the vehicle never entered mass production.
The FV4005 Stage II marks the end of its British tank destroyer line.

The problem here is that cheats the way you imply - manipulating RNG and/accuracy - do not exist.
It is one of the good things about WoT few people actually realize: It is calculated server side. Not one single calculation of what happens on the battlefield is actually done on your PC, your PC only displays what the server tells it to (unlike games like CoD, where the server is just a matchmaking lobby while the game calculations are done on your PC). This includes (but is not limited to) all accuracy checks, penetration, damage calculations, reload, module damage, the entire vision system, tank movement and collision calculations... in short, everything that is in any way important.
In order to cheat by manipulating those things you simply *can not* install any cheat on your PC, because your PC does not calculate those things. You would have to hack WGs servers, break their firewall and encryption and manipulate the core game data (which is shared by every player) so that it only affects you and noone else. Lets just say that if you are a hacker of sufficent skill, banks all around the world would pay you not to hack their systems....
Don't get me wrong, "cheats" *do* exist, just not the ones you imply, either by visualizing data differently (e.g. tunda mod that removes vegetation by not rendering it, dynamic armor thicknes display, shell tracer highlighting, skins that highlight module hitboxes), or by using software that does things for you (e.g. aim bot, advanced auto aim), but *NONE* of the cheats aviable actualy modify the core game mechanics, because your PC does not have access to those in the first place. Your WoT-client is just a glorified render program for the things the server tells it to display.
