Paige, for your acne- rub ice cubes of boiled down thyme on it. You can add a bit of tea tree oil too.
I love you girl, I work in the restaurant industry too and this is a natural way to heal your acne because it most likely is being caused by bacteria and not just hormonal. It will not dry out your skin like acne removing products which contain chemicals like benzoyl peroxide
