To imagine had the french have the confidence to just push the attack all the way to Berlin while most of the German army is in Poland then WW2 and the aftermath would have been a lot different.

by the time the french forces got ready to launch the offensive, the poles had already lost 1/4 of their country to germany...

The French army would be stopped by the Siegfried line. And since the Polish army was defeated in more or less a week, the French forces would later be destroyed by units (e.g. Panzer divisions) pulled from the Polish front.

I notice with a lot of these games , the lack of offensive , and defensive artillery. Especially a river crossing with a tank supporting bridge

Because they are mostly in the mission editor. For some mysterious reason the devs never allow players to use most of them in vanilla missions. 🙁

this was the reason french lose the war within 45 days , if they change the plan to not aggresive at least french could hold longer to be 46 days

Vichy France vs French Resistance Fighters pretty please.
Also the reason France didn't really fought Germany in 1940, is dues to the fact that French, and Americans private industries had bought up several productions line in Germany and dues to wages being reduces by 40% by the Axis government, French business sectors in German were making a tons of moneys and lobby the French army to put on a shows. This is recorded in the Book: Trading with the Enemy.
Even Fords companies were making rifles and Panzers for Axis Germany, only after the Axis government rise to powers and dissolves the Weimar's state.

The best thing about investing in Axis Germany is, the weapons contracts never ceases to end. These French and American companies never get attack by the Axis, even protect by them, and their investors were getting the profits out of German war-machine endlessly pumping into their banks accounts from Germany, even after France surrenders, French investors and owners of German industrial complex enjoys the same luxury as they would had before.
Not to mention, while German owns facilities were targeted during WW2 by Allies bombers, the one facilities that became authorize bombs shelter for German and workers living in Germans at the times, are factories owns by foreign investors.
