I went to this game. Great atmosphere and good friendly camaraderie between the two schools! I saw Baylor fans sitting with Georgia fans congratulating them afterwards. And walking down Bourbon after the game I saw them all in the bars toasting the effort. Great day for college football!
For sure! It boogles me how some fans can be so hateful and at each others throats. Bama and Auburn, Ohio Stare and Michigan, UCLA and USC, etc. College football brings people together whichever teams corner your in.
You need to keep in mind that there isn't any recent history between Georgia and Baylor. The teams you mentioned have a ton of history between them. There's the difference.
2020 season to be honest, I didn’t get to watch a game or even listen to one. I worked myself half to death. Luckily CZcams has a boatload of these games on here and I’ve gotten a chance to watch them without commercials and a lot of times without Gary Daniels lol. GO DAWGS !!!
Let’s be real tho , there’s no reason to admit defeat to UGA. They’ve been top in recruiting for almost a decade. If anything Baylor deserves more respect for how they recovered from a death penalty and one of the worst loosing records. Baylor’s got my respect for sure
For a run first team,Fromm can make sum stunning passes...He and Cager had a telekenetic relationship, that pretty much consisted of perfect ball location and smooth effortless hands catching. Yet Swift has a gazillion yards in the 1sthalf...lol
Was happy to see Fromm leave sorry...bc we got Bad Ass Bennett!! Go Dawgs 2023!! Three time National Championships!! Two in a row looking for 2024 soon to be once again champions? Sick em woof woof!
@@bighammerhomi That defeat of Florida in the swamp took some of the sting off this season for LSU. I love 'em for sticking one on the Gators. That shows what happens when you walk on the field thinking you already won.
Those Matt Rhule offenses were terrible. Couldn't score, couldn't block. That QB was beat up all season long. Don't know how he was able to walk by the time the Sugar Bowl came around
Gotta disagree Bro. Brewer went out halfway through the 4th. Baylor hadn't lead or moved the ball on Georgia's Defense consistently all game. With or without Brewer they were not gonna get 2 scores on that Defense in 8 minutes. Had he stayed in the front 7 would have killed him.
Most definitely. Not denying that at all. He managed the game well and kept them in it. But he was not gonna lead them to the W. It was smart to take him out when they did becsuse those blitz packages we ran afterwards would have raddled him.
False, it was 26-14 with 8 minutes to go, Georgias wouldn't give up 2 TD's in 8 minutes, and we crushed him all through out the game except for the td drive
I would have really liked to see how the game would have gone had Baylor not lost their qb. I feel like they pretty much dominated the 2nd half and had all the momentum.
Yeah they definitely have a good QB in Brewer but their O-Line needs improvement. With more protection the Bears will certainly have more opportunity to make explosive plays. I know I'm certainly interested in seeing what changes/improvements Coach Aranda will make going forward with the Bears.
Kinda like Jan. 2015 Ohio State - Oregon Natty Game... by then Oregon had 1/2 it's players disabled or in jail... Mariota didn't have much left to work with...
If Fromm and the offense would have played like this in the SEC championship game, at least it would have been competitive, entertaining, and closer than the beat down by LSU. Should have mixed things up more, and watched Auburn's game plan, as they were the only team that kept it in single dugits.
original Play Games: Didn't they win another NC after he was gone? Wasn't it against a team people were saying might be one of the best of all time? Wasn't it a blowout? Following that up with another appearance in the NC is nothing? Yeah that all makes perfect sense.

actually they weren't
If that strengthens a Dawg fan's sense of delusional gridiron dominance then yes, Baylor is a "good team". Whatever dude. Lol
