This is a very emotional song, however, its a life lesson for the younger generations. He basically said do not think about death when you’re in pain or failing in life. Think about all the love ones around you like your parents, they will be in pain when you’re gone. Pick yourself up and keep working hard and you will get there. Thats why he said he rather die working hard than to die on a hammock and do nothing. I think he referred wooden box to a coffin…. Not sure.
Definitely emotional! I agree, he’s constantly speaking to his younger audience. I think probably because he respects his elders enough to not preach to them when they have been through more. Which says so much about his character as a human being, not just an artist! He’s so inspirational 🤯❤️ I think you’re right about that too, the wooden box is definitely referring to a coffin, in the first half he was explaining all the things that could have led him to the wooden box, when the beat dropped he explained the reasons why he’s never seen that wooden box. He won’t give up, he’ll tell himself he’ll be alright because he can’t make his mama cry, and he’ll continue to be a greater man for fighting those demons 🙏🏼❤️

😂😂 that has a nice ring to it! I know that with VannDa, nothing is done for no reason at all, so he definitely had a purpose behind bringing back the low piano tones after giving such relief with the beat drop 🤯 he’s masterful with it 👏🏼

That is a top 1 song for me in Skull Album. The music might not be Hit but the lyrics are the best specailly when a lady come out nowhere and start sing who will die with you? Make me goosebump.

Another awesome reaction! Always reading the lyrics and breaking it down. Wooden box is quite an emotional song. Really makes you self reflect and think about life. Also, whenever his song starts off negative it usually turns positive towards the end. His song Demon was the exact same way. He talked about having demons inside his mind, but in the end he conquered them and found himself. That’s one of the things I love about Vannda. He is such a versatile artist and his lyrics always have meaning or some sort of substance and depth.

i know i felt a bit worried for him, as a fan. but with many of this kinda depressing/sad songs he does, i notice he always puts the negative out first and then towards the end, his lyrics will lift your spirit up.
