The only complaint I have of this series is I wish each epidode was longer....but then again, they each could be 3 hours in length & I'd still want them longer 😊

That was such an awesome Mother's day! We all ran out to play street hockey on Sunday night, a school night! That was the first time I remember a sports event having so much impact, people didn't go to work on Monday! I was a member of the Bobby Orr fan club. It cost $4 to join, I had to pick SOOO many wild blueberries to come up with that 4 bucks . (That was 400 pieces of Penny Candy or 800 swedish fish!) We got a newsletter every month. Bill Lee was a friend of Bobby orr, he was featured in his newsletter and we were told ahead of time he was going to be doing autographs at Kmart. We happened to be going camping on the cape the same week Bill Lee was showing up! because we were Bobby Orr fan club members, we could cut to the front of the line - I was the first one to get Bill Lee's autograph at that Kmart (someplace on the Cape) Used to play street hockey with the kids from Burlington Lexington Bedford - usually ended up with fights, blood and broken sticks but we kept going back for more! We noticed that the kids who got to play organized Hockey didn't have so many injuries - Street hockey, road rashes, broken teeth, split lips! Cuz we played harder than the organized kids were allowed, with no gear! Those Winters where we'd be playing pond hockey all day, and have to cut our skate laces to get our Frozen skates off! The game sure has changed, they went all fancy-dancy on us. They didn't used to care about us but now we got Gary Bettman 🙄 I almost don't recognize the game but at least we've got the great memories! ✌️
I think it's so funny how when they win, Behind the B gives us a detailed explanation of the score, the other team, and who played well. And when they lose, Behind the B is like "They lost... anyway..."
I'm hoping he's spending his time rebuilding his life with his family. I really want them all to be safe and happy. I love what he brought to the Bruins, but we fans are nothing compared to his children.
We just want to see some grit this playoffs. Don't be letting Matthew Tkachuck punch our goalie in the head whike sprawled out on the ice... Then use the referee as a human shield to do it again? Yeah Marchie - don't do something stupid like let that happen again. 🐀 Perhaps with Patrice Bergeron benched, we can finally get some place instead of trying to play his son of a social worker gentleman game during playoffs? 🙄 What the he🏒🏒 was that?
