After the connection, the galvanometer deflected at both ends, but I didn't get a balance point on the galvanometer i.e the deflection was stationary on the galvanometer. Please what should I do?
It will definitely reach the balance point. Hope you are moving the jockey from 0cm to get your balance point with that it will balance. But if you are moving it from 100cm it will not balance

Well done Sir. On point.

The rheostat was not adjusted at any time..does it mean u left it at a point where u get a maximum current
And i left it where the maximum current was achieved before starting
the deflection of my galvanometer is only in one direction what could be the cause?
Check you connections again. Your connection is wrong

Bravo, how can I get the procedures to the practical?
@@bukkyakinlabi7907 is on the video.
It was adjusted before i started the experiment
Was that ur preferred condition?
@@KennethBegold-jp1mw Yes. But after the connection if they is no deflection on both side, you need to adjust it and check again.
