Solo Tifa vs Red Dragon (Hard Mode, No Hit, No Pillar?

So, Red Dragon. This is a fun fight under normal circumstances but a bitch for speedkills. So, as far as I can tell, his first Incendiary Breath is not close enough to a pillar to trigger the instant pressure from the pillar. I also am sure that breaking the head without using pillar produces a much shorter pressure time.
As such, I opted for a Blizzaga/Blizzara heavy strategy that relies on the Radial Breath opening to get the dragon to as close to stagger as possible so that we can immediately stagger when the second phase starts, and skip the wings/chest section completely. Using a pillar can also work, but it's a bit slower. This is because clipping the wings with ranged abilities honestly just feels like straight RNG.
One stagger period is enough to finish him off.
You can actually do this slightly faster--I have gotten sub-1:20, but it involves tanking some hits during the Blizzaga cast animation. Also, you can save time by, ideally, staggering during the Blizzara cast during the end of the cutscene instead of a perfect guard. C'est la vie, it never lined up.
