I was there 2 weeks ago. That bridge is wobbly and crowded. I went far enough to get a few photos and turned back to firmer ground. We packed lunch, but I had Bratwurst and Schnitzel on other days.

Beautiful video. The insides of the two castles are by the way really worth it, especially if you already came all the way down to Füssen. No reason not to make the most out of the trip.
We didn't go inside the castle, but we really did enjoy exploring the castle grounds. I'd say yes, it is worth it. Hope you have a wonderful time in Bavaria!
It's an interesting tour. It was a summer home for the royals, but they also would spend Christmas there despite the climate. There are a lot of paintings and murals.

We couldn't get over how beautiful the surrounding countryside is. The mountains and blue lakes were gorgeous.
