The reason why the Switch still hasn't gotten caught up with updates is because the Switch is a low running console it did manage getting it's 2nd patch update a couple months back. But also, the porting team for HN2 on consoles only has 6 people on there. If you're wondering who they are it's a company named Madorium. Xbox and Playstation recently got their updates for Patch 9, but for Switch that's a different story. But again, they're definitely trying to bring it out on Switch but again low running console.
If you go to the neighbors bed you can see a crate and boards covering a hole in the floor. The crate has the switch and the boards can be removed with the crowbar, but there's a switch on one of the bed posts that can move the bed forward as you can see it can move on the rails on the floor once you move the bed flipping the switch you can grab the switch from the crate and use it next to the bookshelf, hope this helped if you still didn't know😅
