A "RALLY READY" Front Wheel Drive Rally Car?? (Tamiya M05Ra)

A very interesting decision by Tamiya to release a FWD rally car but being based on an on road chassis, can it really be "Rally Ready"?

That thing goes and turns a lot better than I anticipated! I dont think Tamiya purposely chose lwb specifically, perhaps because the bodies they wanted to release happen to be longer, however lwb is typically more stable to drive. I wonder if you like the handling on road more than your on road models is due to the extra roll (traction) it provides

I've unfortunately never really had a lot of luck with M05 models but this one was a nice surprise. I've driven the M03 and M07 and even the FF03 and FWD Mini Z and they drive great! M05 just doesn't seem to like me very much. I wish I could've experimented with this one a bit longer but unfortunately I let it go recently alone with most of my M chassis cars for new projects ;)
