Be strong mate, head up :) train your body but dont forget your mentality healt. Dont stress you and dont eat lil meals, its kontra productive. Give your body whats he need it.

And a little tipp, leggs training pushes 3x testosteron out of your body, first step leggs by a workout, this youtube fitness "pros" are stupid.
This makes you easyer to make muscle and dont look at this cheaters they are lil kids in mutant bodys without stammina.
Find a way for your body to train you efizient, not every body reacts same.
