Yep! This video is a tad old and I’ve since switched to using my own Strymon presets and Tonex captures exclusively but this gives you an idea of how I have the ToneXs setup

Thanks bro! So….previously I wasn’t going to dabble in the world of Helix since I don’t use it personally, however, I’ve added a new partner to Tone Shepherd that uses the HX Stomp so we may team up to release some resources for it. Stay tuned!
awesome stuff as always!! question for you. do you have any "warble" effect on the mobius when switching presets? that happens on my GFI Synesthesia and it drives me bonkers. I think it has to do with midi clock or something. Im going to be buying a mobius soon to hopefully fix it.
Thanks a ton! I do not have the same issue on the Mobius. It changes cleanly between songs/bpms. But I do know there is a setting, at least for the Timeline, to add or remove those artifacts when changing tempo. Have you looked to see if the Synesthesia can be set up differently? It definitely has to do with midi.
Thanks for that response man. I'm going to look into it again before selling. I know I disabled midi clock to no avail. I may just have to go team strymon.It's just so hard to beat the stryfecta!
@@weenchops Even if midi clock is off and you’re switching between presets on the fly, it will likely “warble” unless there’s an additional setting you disable. On the Strymons there are two separate controls for tuning midi off and turning those artifacts off. I wish I knew more about the GFI to help you with that specially…but you’re right…the Stryfecta is hard to beat!
Soooo to close this out, i just bought a mobius lol. The GFI Synesthesia will "warble" whenever the chorus algorithm is changed to. For me this will not work in a live setting. Every other algorithm works great. There is no way to fix it on the software or in the manual
once the mobius gets here im going to pick up your presets. Its a great value for the amount of work put into it! @@thetoneshepherd

Do you run your BigSky and TimeLine in Parallel on the PBC and set to Kill Dry?
No, only the PBC10 can do that. I run in series Timeline > BigSky > Amps
Question, I know it’s a stretch but have you done anything with the Walrus R1 and D1? Maybe it’s me but I just can’t find a good tone on them to save my life. Everything else on the board is solid except for those two things.
I have not used either unit. I haven't heard a ton from those that appeals to me to be perfectly honest. So sorry! But if you sell both, consider upgrading to an H90!

Chase, thanks a ton! And that's a great question. Make sure you read the "Read Me" file that came with your purchase. There's a section on page 2 that's called "Understanding Preset Names" that should help with this but let me know if I can further clarify!

Hi, I watched some of your videos and couldn't help but ask you about my pedal choices.
I'd send images of my current and planned pedalboard but unfortunately I can't until you respond so yea (originally sent this on insta but for some reason I can't dm you anymore after sending one message). I'm mainly inspired by two artists pedalboard, wave to earth/The Poles and John Mayer.
I have the Bigsky and Timeline already actually and was interested in buying the Mobius, but I already bought the Free The Tone TA-2H, and a Nano Q-Tron. I was planning to get the Phase 95 or Small Stone, and the Micro Pog along with the Mobius, but I thought that maybe the Mobius
was a waste of a pedal. I also wanted a Warped Vinyl, but the Mobius can get that tone. I'm afraid the the FTT is useless when I get my Mobius, might just sell it for a julianna.
I also wanted an Octafuzz or 69 Fulltone, but since I already have the Lil' Rat along with the plan to buy the Micro Pog, wouldn't it be redundant?
What do you recommend I do?
