There's nothing perfect about this neighborhood. He forgot to mention how run down all the amenities are, the parking situation, the corrupt people behind the HOA, etc.
I understand how you feel and everyone is free to have an opinion but from my perspective this neighborhood is great! We never had pools or parks or lakes growing up, we only dreamed to live in a place like this. I just want to remind everyone that roses have thorns.
