Btw...I was the drummer who opened for you at Bogarts in Cinti Oh the night Yngwie decided to hurl a Strat at you. I wanted to thank you for being such a cool guy that night...showing me your set up (Trick snare) and just being a super nice guy in general. You had zero attitude and zero ego. It inspired me to never have a "Rockstar" attitude. Its worked out well for me over the years. Thank you!!!
If I remember correctly...He was having issues with his guitar. The band had to stop playing. Mike and the bass player started jamming around to keep the crowd entertained a bit, then Yngwie hurled it straight at Mike like throwing an Axe. It was definitely intentionally thrown. Mike stood up, dropped his sticks and walked off the stage.
