There’s a zero % chance Watkins goes at 19. Not sure what the hell you’re thinking dude. That’s insane. Tyler smith maybe Tyson is more likely at 31
i think any sort of declarative statement about where anyone between 15 and 45 is gonna go in this draft just kind of misses the point of what this draft is

Watkins Walkins seems like a 2nd round guy, if he's 19ish on a mock please post a link. I see nbadraftroom has him at 29, no ceiling has him at 49. I do like your thought process of a 2-way wing. What about Ryan Dunn or Ware?
Ware's more a big, and I think the concerns about his motor are a little alarming. Dunn is not just not a two-way wing. At once the best defender and worst offensive player in the class.
also on the mock stuff, this year's mock drafts are so all over the place I think because the draft is all over the place. I'm just kinda making my own personal board based on what I'm watching and reading about guys + what the handful of folks I really trust are saying. I think it's silly Watkins isn't being mocked higher, personally.

Sean, would love to hear your thoughts on some Raptors-y wings that could be there in the 31-to-undrafted range like Trentyn Flowers, Pacome Dadiet, Jonathan Mogbo, and Jalen Bridges. I’m with you on Jamir Watkins but despite the shooting limitations I’m hitching my wagon to Ryan Dunn at 19.
NO Way Watkins goes that high!
There is no way that Jamir Watkins will be selected at 19. I have seen mocks where he is not even on the board. If they are available, I think someone like Da Silva, Tyson or Carrington would be far more likely.

At 19 its highly unlikely you hit the jackpot. Thats why you go with players that can contribute right away. Solid players that still have upside. I'm liking Nikola Djurisic,
Tyler Kolek, Mark Sears and Zach Edey.
yeah I am with you in general, which is why I'm big on Watkins and Tyson. Edey I am really not sure about, and I think his defensive footwork is something that could be kind of problematic. Definitely intrigued by Kolek, very worried about Sears' size.
@@LockedOnRaptorsWatkins brings an all-around game. Tyson brings a specialized skillset. Both could be contributors in the right situation.
I like Koleks high level processing and floor general skillset. He can also score too. I feel Kolek would open up the offense and have great benefit for our shooters.
Although Sears is small and that will be an issue on defense, I feel his offensive capabilities and craftiness would make up for it.
Jamir Watkins at 19 is way too high ,maybe 19th in the second round or underrated free agent.
this is a role player draft, and it's a flat talent pool. I don't really buy the idea of a "reach" at 19 in a draft where there's a case for a ton of guys to go between 15 and 40.

This team needs multiple players, but the need a big man. A franchise quality starting Big. Be advise Raptors fans are one of the dumbest in the league, that's because they don't have good examples.
