It just takes time and persistence of making these videos. Good info will usually get people to sub, this is however a dying game (in my opinion) and I used to make these as well but no longer play AION or make videos :)

Is aion still alive? Old player trying to get back
Currently there are two versions of AION - retail with free-to-play model and classic with pay-to-play (subscription). For old players classic might be something more recognizable. Meanwhile retail is grindy and way less populated.
