It's not that you Just don't care, it's that you got everything that you wanted, and now somebody else can deal with the rest

And just to add on about the desert, you can also restore it to fertile land by adding on dead vegetation/carcasses which will provide minerals and nutrients for living vegetation, and then by growing trees in that, the trees will bring forth rain turning it into arable land once again. Born U Truth, it wouldn't be an overnight process, yet it can be done. Positive Education, Allah Cees Everything!
Preserve all parts for the situations and times when things get swift and changeable. Then decide what’s the best part for the moment you are in. When we speak on land the land is on what? Earth. And we all know the Earth is swift and CHANGEABLE….All of the above is caused by who? PEACE!

Useful land is infrastructure that can bring economic and or societal development like hospitals, manufacturing plants, arable land to grow crops that can be sold, libraries etc. Everything else is irrelevant

Peace there's 29 million square miles of useful land. There's nothing useless in this world because if you have the proper knowledge and wisdom you can turn useless into useful. So yes we must care about the poor part because it is apart of the 29 million square miles.
