  • TRX Intermediate Cardio Workout.
    This TRX Cardio Workout Intermediate Level is suitable for everyone who has experience on the TRX Suspension Trainer. This workout has 6 Workout Rounds with a good level of Cardio exercises. Warm-Up and a Cool Down/Stretching are not included in this video.
    Duration of the video: 34 minutes. Pace of the workout and transition times are perfect for the Intermediate Level.
    Coach in this video is Carla, Certified and experienced TRX Coach at East Coast Training Zone.

      @@ECTZONE Hi Carla! I'm so excited for you, that's great! I'll check it out. I've been doing well with my own workouts - I'm combining TRX with weight lifting, yoga, and rowing. I recommend you to everyone that asks me for TRX workouts.
