The new update already feels HUGE for me simply because of the new Principled BSDF and AgX. It's crazy to think that these two updates are only scratching the surface of everything that was added. Thank you Blender team!

I've been working with blender for a couple of months now, and I feel like i've only leared about 1% of it. It's such a cool program, and I cannot wait to make my renders better and better, and soon get into animation aswell. With blender 4.0, it will only get easier to make cool things like shown in this video. I love you blender!!
This looks really good, except for all of the motion judder from 24 FPS. I had Topaz do a scale to 60 FPS and it looks smooth as butter. I get why legacy work is done that way but I wish we would just move to 30/50/60 FPS for 100% digital content these days. The difference in smoothness is dramatic. Even applying the Topaz scaling after the fact (to keep render times down) makes a big difference.
Blender might not be the "Industry Standard", but it's a gift for all the creatives out there. It might not produce a Pixar level product but Pixar can never produce a Blender level product! Because Blender blends like no piece of software ever. Blender is the spawning area where the finest creatives are born imo. It must be a compulsory toolkit taught in the schools, much more than the "standard" ones, because Blender will probably give the most complete knowledge of the creative process than any other software out there. It should be introduced in the Primary education syllabus imo. Blender will nourish every aspect of a growing child. It's that good.

Wow i've never thought i would see this software grown i remember using it with wings 3d back in 2003 then move to realsoft3d in 2007 then went back in blender 2.6 then stayed for blender 2.79b back then blender was pain to set up good thing they bundle the python runtime in it in blender 2.6 and above
I am amazed at the amount of work they put into their creation, Blender is definitely one of the best in the 3D design industry.

Try taking your old scenes and switching between filmic and AGX. It adds a level of realism I never thought possible!
