He really had a very impressive personality. This interview reflects his intellect. He talks more like a scholar than an actor. His conversation is very impressive and convincing, his english vocabulary is very good, his urdu is very neat and pure. He really was something more than what was commonly known. Rest in peace.
I bet in modern cinema there is no actor who has this level for clarity of thought, not even 50% of this. World will bound to respect if you have this level of self-respect.

I remembere this interview in the morning show of Doordarshan in august of 1991when Saudagar was released. He is a true legend with great command in the languages both english hindi and inputs of urdu and great Royal attitude, only one of a kind.

Every single time I watch his interviews I learn something he was a gem of a person.. some people might say he is arrogant but I found that he was a positive minded, good hearted and dignified person
You can judge from his style of giving interview that he wouldn’t have needed too much direction to make a scene perfect for any film he would have been given.

Apart from Rajkumar ji, The interviewer Deepak Vohra is also a great personality who started as a news reader in Doordarshan and after cracking IFS exam became a diplomat and served as ambassador/high commissioner in many countries. Respect for both!!!
he was already an IFS officer then. 1973 batch, he is an alumni of St Stephen's, Delhi. He was already 20 years into service.
