@@MayukhKundu-pc3el I am 1800 fide, and I consider myself amateur player, I would make a guess that anyone below 2000 fide is considered an amateur, I could be wrong tho. And yeah, anyone above 2300 is just insane in chess, the level of understanding they have for the game is amazing
