If you want something chaotic I recommend the SKZ Fandom Tour ep. 4 and the last extra (Fandom Tour is a 4-episode show (with two extra videos for reasons that I don't know), but honestly I find the last ones the funniest of all), it gives me a headache every time I watch it, but I don't know if it's bc of all the screams or from laughing so hard

So yoga helps to combat the slight impacts that gravity puts on the body. Sometimes feeling like youre carrying the weight of the world is a real thing 😅.

Cramps hurt ofc but for me specifically the ones that hurt the most are like hamstrings and calf’s. I had to take a break from practice for like 30 minutes cuz I couldn’t move my legs from the cramps I had in my calf’s and hamstrings that day
