Today i am covering most fundamental sadhana of bhairava which is naam jap
Although you may think this as a basic mantra
activation of this mantra is extremely potent and basic way to connect to your favorite form of bhairava and forms a good base in future japa and helps you guide to your spiritual path
No need of guru any body over the age of 10 can do it , can keep shiva/dakshinamurthy as guru for this sadhana
when I had no guru I viewed shiva as guru he took me until stage of Nyasa ,instilled lot of knowledge connectsd with human guru so deity guru works not a myth at all (he works little different you have to be receptive of subtle signs), lots of sadhaks initially have shiva as guru .
Females only need to pause while menstraul cycle days
No need of changing diet or no celibacy required
Do with bhakthi and an internal cry for personal development and dharma raksha
Goal is 100000 times and to feed people at the end
we are not doing hawan so can increase by 40 percent which would make 140000 as ultimate goal
on astami amavasya offer japa and pray for welfare of sanathan dharma or if you can't track dates on panchang just offer first 10k for dharma raksha .

Instructions prior to start :for success in mantra sadhana
Go to a temple where Ganesh, Devi and shiva linga is present ,
Offer incense flowers some food if you can to all three take blessings for success of this sadhana ,perform abhishek if possible other wise ask shiva to bless you with bhairava naam mantra japa
At home daily instructions :
Take a shower
pick a mat or stool to sit
Do Achaman by sipping water 3 times by taking name of vishnu- this makes you pure
sankalp- say intention verbally why are doing japa eg Dharma raksha , spiritual blessings or bhairava darshan etc
light a dia lamp and incense (Guggal best )
offer some veg Bhog (food) to bhairava ,he loves anything made with jaggery
Now recite these mantras prior to bhairava mantra
Sri ganeshaya namaha (salutations to Ganesh)
Namah shivaya Shri mathre namaha ( salutations to Shiva and consort devi )
If you dont have physical guru say - Shivaaye Guravey namaha (lord shiva is my guru)
start japa mantra - OM BHAIRAVAYA NAMAHA minimum 1 mala , on astami and amavasya minimum 3 malas
1 time Kaal bhairav astak
Goal to complete should be 100k times mantra japa
at the end ask for forgiveness for committing any mistakes and say thank you
Slowly you can increase your number counts per day & after 100k you will have some form of interaction from Bhairava and he will guide you for future sadhanas !

I have been chanting kalbhairavastakam for a very long time and once my son was admitted in hospital so started reciting bhairavastakam in hospital.My son came back safe and than again kept a supari as bhairava to say thanks to almighty and after i finished could see his image engraved on supari .I realy believe in lord bhairava

@@VBSadhakbro i need help from u bro, i chant daily om bum batuk bairavaya namah, i offer some food to bairavaa, also i have only gid siva photo with family like vinayaga, paravti, murugan, Vinayaka, it is kk to chnt om bum batuk bairavaya namah in front of family photos of shiva, i almost chant 20 days also i dont know wht mala is , i offer some food and water and do chant mantra for 25 to 30 minutes everyday, pls help me this if i did any wrong
@@deenaraji4487 yes you can chant it in front of family photo add batuk bhairav photo if you can buy but not necessary
Just go to a shiva temple or dakshinamurthy temple pray him to bless and guide you in this mantra if still in doubt find a guru for upadesh .
Better mantra for beginners is om batuk bhairavaya namah . No upadesh needed .
If you are doing it for devotion or spirtual devlopment its fine just dont use mantra for wrong reasons .
Also one mala one mantra rule is important .
Also mantra takes time so keep doing it
Don’t reveal mantra to others by mouth you can write and give .

No deesksha or upadesh needed for this sadhana & also for any kawach recitation that includes beej letters . kawach( protection stotra) is recommended in bhairava sadhana especially when doing japa out of your home puja mandir or new empty places or deserted areas ( dont recommend this not just shamshan even thick forests and hills are full of negative energies that may disturb you ).
available kawach options are
batuk bhairava brahma kavach
panchmukhi hanuman kawach
devi kawach
any form of bhairava kawach
all kawach take time to get activated so do all your sadhana at home or temple .
also all mentioned kawach are available on CZcams/google just search.

Vigyan Bhairava Tantra is really good to really know Bhairava baba. The trick is to read multiple times. It's phenomenal. It talks of an experiential experience of Ishwar. Shiva speaks of how to experience Ishwara to Parvati.

Needed answer for a spiritual question. Nice video. Have been getting understanding of Bhairava, thanks to Rajarshi Nandy. Hailing from South India, a similar fierce form of lord Shiva i.e Veerabhadra is our kula daivaa . I see lots of similarity between Bhairava & Veerabhadra.
My question to you is could I adopt a similar praying for Veerabhadra with his moola mantra? I feel good inner spiritual vibes with this way
hello its little bit hard to suggest for me I am aware of veerbhadra but his worship is not that popular in the sense very few people do nitya sadhana or know proper methods in south India yes he is popular
I feel veerbhadra is even fierce than bhairava
so maybe look for guidance from experienced people in veerabhadra avatar
but if you ask me my educated opinion would be
1) basic panchaupachara puja
2) ashtorram of veerbhadra
3) 1 mala of mantra chanting with rudraksh is a good way to start
follow these suggested three steps then keep visiting his temple and get connected with priest or other bhaktas this way new doors will open .
Can I recite "om batuka Bhairava namaha" 108 times and then wear the same rudraksh maala?
I have a small doubt, what do I do with the food that I offer to the lord? Do I feed it to an animal, do I eat it myself, just leave it?

yes but om bhairavaya namaha connects to all bhairavas and one bhairava who is relevant to you where as yours to only Batuk so its upto you if you want to explore one bhairava or have some understanding of bhairava tathwa nature .

@@Firestarter7877 viniyog means use and phala shruthi at end is what you get in lyrics you see they will say you will get good wife like shantaya priyavadhine etc
also you can take sankalp for particular issue because that kawach also helps in victory and mantra sadhana as well
dont expect any weird ways to push shatkarmas with it although there may be people who tried .May be a experienced guru can speak other applications
I only understand lyrics of that and I suggest use it for protection and keep it secret its ok to discuss among like minded but dont tell every person you meet . this can be used to find other ways to bypass kawach & cause harm if you have beef with some one. its hard to effect aura of mantra sadhak but people who have decades know lot of stuff

i have started reciting om bhairavaya namah daily from last year August without knowling all these details like visiting temple and doing achaman, praying to lord shiva before mantra japa, i just used to sit and chant the mantra with diya and bhog ,have i done anything wrong i have completed almost 900 malas doing this. its mantra upasana by using a mala and offering dia dhoop naivedya
maybe can use for your personal reasons but initially do it for developing connection with bhairava once you form connection with him then automatically troubles are minimized

Yes minimum is 1 mala maximum is upto you but above hundred could be intense

1 lakh times or 930ish malas basic but continue after that until you get blessings or guru

Am thinking of increasing it by taking out extra time. However time management is little difficult due to my profession but will definitely continue with this.
