My only complaint about pouring milk first is the cereal has a good chance of cause milk to splash out of the bowl
I find pouring on top of the cereal has as much tendency to splash milk out of bowl. As milk first than cereal.
Kinda like how spoon and faucet is fine or it attacks you. Both have the possibility of splash age
