The Perfect Tiramisu (3 Ways)

Tiramisu is my all time favorite dessert, not only is it super simple and easy to make, but it's a refreshing dessert, and not too sweet. I made 3 different kinds to see which one is the best! Original, Oreo, and Strawberry
Written Recipe 👇🏻
Tiramisu Cream:
-1 cup (300G) Mascarpone
-1 Cups (250G) Heavy Cream
-4 Egg Yolks
-1/3 Cup (64G) Sugar
-2 Tbsp (28g) Water
-In a bowl whip the Mascarpone for about 2 mins
-Add heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks
-In a separate bowl add the egg yolk, sugar, and water then mix
-double boil until you reach temperature of 170-180 F
-Run the egg mixture through a sieve
-Then Whip the egg mixture for about 4-5 mins until pale and creamy
-Add egg mixture to Mascarpone/Heavy Cream bowl, and mix it together until desired texture
Original Tiramisu-
-Ladyfingers
-1 Cups Coffee
-2 Tbsp Honey
-Mix the Honey and coffee until honey dissolves
-Dip Ladyfingers in coffee mix, then add to the bottom of your dish
-Add in the Tiramisu Cream on top of ladyfingers
-Top it off with Coco Powder
Strawberry Tiramisu-
-Butter Cookies
-1 Cup (200G) Strawberries
-1/2 Cup (60G) Sugar
-In a pot heat up the strawberries and sugar until strawberries are soft, and syrup has formed
-Lay butter cookies to the bottom of your dish
-Add 1/3 of your strawberry syrup on top of the butter cookies, and the remaining to your tiramisu cream
-Mix it into your cream then add on top of butter cookies
-top it off with strawberry powder
Oreo Tiramisu-
-Oreos
-Black coco powder
-Crush up about 8 Oreo cookies (You can do more or less, it's up to your taste)
-Add crushed Oreos to tiramisu cream and mix
-Dip whole Oreos to Coffee and Honey mix and layer the bottom of your dish with Oreos
-Add Tiramisu cream on top on Oreos
-Top it off with black coco powder
