The Lotus cookies are sooo delicious! (They’re my mom’s favorite) I was kinda surprised to see them!
It made me quite hungry in the middle of the night, and the way they packaged it is gorgeous.

I love the videos you post! However, I will comment, I have seen a few videos on various channels about cheesecakes in Korea and I see they skip the waterbath and they come out burn on top. I think it must be preferred that way in Asia? Not sure why.
I don't know about the other videos you 've mentioned but in this case the video is about "basque style" cheesecake and this style of cheesecake the top is supposed to be burned
