It's kind of what I expect, I live in western NL and pou normally goes for 650-800$ and H/L go for 900-1,200$ for apartments.
To rent a house they tend to go for 1000-1500 depending on area they might be a little cheaper.

This is certainly interesting. You can't get a 2 bed in the USA for $900 with a water view. What about all those videos saying "don't move to NL, it's too expensive, you can't own anything because it has to come by boat", on and on, just how hard it is to survive there? Sure looks like this youtuber has found it comfortable enough to be from a non-english speaking country and sit down and make videos.
