Your lucky your packages came like that I work for UPS handling packages and let me tell you sir around this time of year its called peak season no one cares about condition or quality as long as they get thrown on to the truck and on its way just in my shift we get over 100,000 packages last night we got up 107,000 with that many packages anything goes wrong and that's just in my shift not combined with other shifts
