Dude is living my dream life. Goddamn.
Thank you.
Nice! I'm loving my 390 adv also! Great mods and great video!
Thank you! They are so much fun!!
This is a fantastic video. Great presentation!
Thank you kindly!
Supergood analysis, agree. Have been raiding it through Jawa, Bali, Sumbawa and next is Flores, perfect bike, no need to add anything except the spoked wheels, they should have provided in the original model. Enjoy the ride my friend, I know very well how much fun you are having.
Well said. Enjoy the ride! Awesome fun.
Love your video's ♥️🤗
Thank you. Really appreciate it.
Thanks for the video! I have been told that the KTM Skid Plate mounts to the engine unlike the SWMotech which mounts to the frame. I've still yet to upgrade my stock so see if I need such a beast first. lol
Can't tell you how many times I have smacked the skid plate with rocks! Been great. Remember, the engine is really part of the whole frame on these bikes anyway. Not sure it matters which one- both good.
Very Nice 👍 At first , i thought you were gonna say you added peddles 🥺 ~peace~
Ha ha!! 🤔
Nice Unimog, got one too, made of Lego! Joking aside how come never changed the windshield to a taller one? One sweet upgrade in conjunction with the Akra is an aftermarket air filter which has a perforated lid. It will radically change the sound of your Akra and give slightly better engine performance. I would also drop the resonator, especially with that hot environement and put a SW-Motech skid plate. Prolly the new 390 with spoked wheels and 830mm saddle, along with upgraded software would fit better overall. Coober parts are also nice but might loose the warranty. Cheers from Belgium! 💪
Thanks for the ideas, I will look into those upgrades. Cheers!
nice ideas, yes, you know the machine well 👍👍
awsome .just a thought put on some fork boots used them on my bmw gsa on the dempster hwy
Yep, that is a great idea. It is on the agenda.
Rottweiller doesnt make an intake or cat-delete for this bike i was surprized , thinking this might be my next bike , im riding a husky 901 now , Motoz convert here tires , Tusk luggage/rack is hard to beat for the $

My dream...i have KTM 390 and big caravan to travel bruhh❤❤....
Thanks for watching!!
One and a half years and only four thousand miles? What??? Do you only ride it to Church? Haha, JK.
Thanks for sharing, interesting that your forks started leaking, I wonder if you can rebuilt them yourself ADV Matt, did put in a stronger spring (diy). And "hat off" for your life style, way to go my friend. Thank you for sharing. Explore and be safe!
Ha Ha, I suppose I need to ride it more!! I have met ADV Matt, will have to ask him. Thank you.
Could you share the settings (clicks) you set your front suspension for sand desert Enduro?
Will do. I have to check them out. Will do a vid on that.
For the headlamp guard I only see it in options for the 790 and 890 adventure will that still work on the 390?
Yep, I the touratech site it is for all 3. Same one.
@@drivetheglobe thank you!
They need to make a 390 ADVENTURE R
That sure would be nice!!
I saw somewhere the other day they are making an Adventure 400 R in a year or two. Not sure how legit that info is.
@@terrareconRumors were a 490 Twin but thats not happening now.
IMO they desperately need a 490/590 ADV especially if they can keep the weight close to the 390
@@uonadtehrrocks thanks for the update
Would a 21 inch front tire work for your bike?
No, would be too big for the bike
Can you recommend a battery to upgrade too?
Sorry, I would have to look into that. My original one has been fine. Did yours die?
@@drivetheglobe it not dead but it won’t start up on cold morning really anytime it’s below 40 degrees F but once it it warms up it starts up fine. Thinking I just need something with more CCA. Bike stored outside with a bike cover. Don’t have a garage.
