Watch one of the most scenic bus route in Kerala i.e. from Kottayam to Munnar. This is probably my most beautiful bus journey till date. The lush green tea plantations on the munnar hills and the clouds kissing the mountains make for some spectacular views. The distance between Kottayam to Munnar is approx.. 140 kms. Total time is around 4:30 hours. Try and take the early morning bus from Kottayam so that you can view the beauty of the hills in the morning. The bus fare is Rs.179 and you can book the tickets online @ online@keralartc.com. This is part of my Kerala bus trips & i thoroughly enjoyed it. The bus original route is from Trivandrum and reached Kottayam early morning. I hope you enjoy the bus trip and the beauty covered. Do let me know in comments.

Dude that is the most useful information ever. I hope the toilets would be well maintained in the bud stand. I mean at decent level, that would save shit loads of money of accommodation if you’re a solo traveller. The stay in Munnar is crazy expensive. None the less as always loved the video man.

KOOTHATTUKULAM Bus Stand 💥💥💥
The bus goes ahead around 1 KM at an intersection of the main bazaar and circles off and comes back.
Even the KSRTC buses departing from here ges towards the intersection first and return to this bus stand and then proceed for their onward journey.
