The Matrix Challenge: Take hand to hand moves, pistol or teleport (no other moves if possible) and don't get shot. You can dodge bullets by using the chairs in the background, also the slow time ability would be pretty useful methinks
The chicken legs:
-only punches
-no leg upgrades moves
-Getting ripped is allowed too

Markiplier Challenger (oh yeah, its big brain time): use moves that include talking/screaming, use moves that include your Head/brain, throwing stuff (knives, packages, etc), pistol (can only have 1 pistol), Leap Punch and everytime there is a Big Head upgrade, you chose it
you forgot to include the throwing stuff you'll know why when you watch markiplier playing getting over it

Bad mouth/big head challenge: get any type of head moves and you can get big head moves like headbutt and gossip
The boxer: you can only have punching moves so you yeet everyone out of the map

I think weapons only would be fun (ranged or melee)
You should do a magic only so no punching or kicking just things that can't physically be done in reality
ok I am surprised you have not figured it out when the group of people come on the floor they are the corners from the morgue upgrade. so since you got the morgue upgrade those guys who come on the floor and cry are just there to fight you but that's why they show up and they have beef with you because you killed their family on the way to the boss or your previous run
Doctor strange challenge:
Any move or ability that include magic like (if a move/ability has particles it is a loud)
Challenge: use all range weapons over and over
The joker challenge
Get all the drinks
Only the first level if the pistol and knife
Inflict as much pain as possible ( groin kicks)
Super Kicker Challenge: select every upgrade that involves kicking
Challenge:
-Brainpower: try to use only psychic or headbutts.
Now that's using your head.
TF2's heavy challenge:only the moves that make you big,punches and guns
Challenge: DK mode, when ever possible you have to increase the size of your head and gain headbutts or other head related moves.

God challenge:use the saitama roll you can only use Sudoku,100 palm punch and get ripped and other saitama,juggernaut and weeb moves PS torpedo counts also this should give you the power of a god.

Mafia boss challenge: As many minions as possible and only use guns

Challenge Gravity God: Use any moves involving gravity like the buff pull thing and black hole but its fine to use portals because it does pull everything in your last known location and you teleport forwards but black hole is 100% about gravity and you could probably use helicopter spin but because that is not about gravity non of that stuff and You make gravity with your super powers or weapons not the earth gravity ya thats it just use any moves involving gravity that does not use earth gravity
American: Only weapons. Moves with ammo count.

My challenge idea is the electricity like you said in the video I think if you do the electricity challenge it can stun eniemes and if you don't you choose whatever or reroll
Emperor Palpatine challenge: Get any lightning and force moves.

I’m not 100% sure but I think the 100 punch is related to the 64 palm jutsu from naruto
i think that you can do a multiplayer one of the player only youz punch moves and one is going to youz kick moves

The pacifist challenge. Get moves that get others on your side or have other workers kill the other workers. Plus your reputation is you don't want to fight so if you see the chance to get more enemies you have to.
