I took my cable apart and notice the copper rings were corroded and looked like had rubbed off in some areas. The spring prongs had a little corrosion on them but they still sprung back and forth. I cleaned them with a little water and baking soda and they look good. So I tried to hook everything back up and still no movement. Just replaced my power supply so I know it’s not that. Since there’s some copper missing should I probably replace the floating cable?

How do you change the outer prong? Mine won't pop back up. You showed it, but didn't show how to replace it as in the title of the video.

9995672 - my floating cable is corroded and missing some copper. Is that why my nautilus plus cc won’t move? Power supply is brand new and comes on fine. Sorry if this is a repeat. Not sure my first question went through
Is there a way to further disassemble the swivel? I feel the wires have become disconnected at the disc ? trac section. Would like to disassemble and repair. Thanks

How the hell do I stop mines from tangling! Electrical connections won't change tangling!
If you have a swivel cable it won't tangle. If you have a regular cable there is no way to prevent this.
I have a short where it plugs in and was gonna buy a whole new cable. Much cheaper
Do you have the Dolphin Maxi Kart? I recommend keeping the swivel cable

there is no ground. There are neutral phase and for remote control
Then what? I cleaned mine. Maytronics wants you to buy a new one just because the swivel needs a little deoxit and cleaning.

@@zavattishopeng2733 however, the swivel failing is the number one cause of cable failure. Seem like built in failure mode to require a 3-500 dollar be purchased rather than repair or replace the swivel. Not a good product.
@@Art_64 You can also replace just the hollow section.
However, ot is the pins and track that get dirty in the swivel.
