Exparty judgement is given with

Then RDO transferred

New RDO without enquiry
They sent the letter which is already

3months.(more than 1year rent is not sent to me).

Mam.... House owner is not signing the renewed house lease document. Is my old expired document will be valid if owner raise negative concern?
Madam Iam DR rented out first and ground floor for steel godown and office in 2005 but due to damage and problems I asked him to vacate he vacated first floor and told he will vacate when aggrement expires. Bit he didn't vacate and later he asked 1 year time so I another new aggrement was put in 2006 later he trespassed and took first floor possession with local rowdy and till today RCOP is going on. Now eviction order for ground floor was given last year but he didn't vacate he has filed appeal. Now tell me fast way how to vacate ground and first floor.
September 2022 tenant occupied, no agreement, only advance paid, no rent paid,
Wether i have to go to civil court Or rental court in chennai.

In 2021 they took rent for house but no agreement maid then still now they don't give any rent amount or advance too what can I do in this case

Oral agreement before the new act Feb 2019. We are in the civil court process. Agreement expired. In the District court treated as a civil case under trail. Judges not aware about your suggestions. What can I do. Pl share further clarification. Thank you🙏
