If what Kangana said was wrong why didn’t Kulvinder register a FIR? And being a CM what sort of mentality are you showing? Your remarks condoning the violence by a security officer will only encourage others to do the same. What is the role of a CISF officer if not to ensure safety and security of people? Punjab already suffers from law and order issues and this behaviour by a person in uniform should not be tolerated!
