Bottom holder --- zip ties (to hold base on)
Wrap 2 velcro strips around the lower arm to hold the cover in place. should do it until your replacement arrives. Good stuff Mike!
That's what I did... The clips are extremely fragile, and a normal size XLR will not fit in there at all.. I tried...
Whatttt, NO WAY! Here I JB Weld puttied the hollow inner tube of my monitor stand, then drilled and tapped a hole for the "Blue" microphone stand just so it could sit above my monitors. Using a 6" extender, it works quite well, and keeps my mic out of the way when I'm working. This would be a fantastic product if the clip design was better, and it if it was twice as tall to clear a monitor.
I want to see you fit it in your car now, since you have two anyway! 🤣
If the cable management covers had a screw that held it in place, that would be awesome, maybe a screw with the coin head for easy assembling and disassembling.

Hello, I was wondering if they made good on improving the cable management cover. I’m looking into getting this arm.
They did send me a replacement but they didn't change the design. To be fair, it was totally my fault that it broke.
Looks nice but I'll stick with my Heil boom. It's served me well for 15 years or so.
I'll tell you what, I have a Heil boom and I think for what they are, they are way over priced. They aren't bad, but they aren't $100+ dollars good either.
