Hey, i got the same issue. Token is already generated for 1st time (failure authentication ), did you raised another token for it..? For me after failure of authentication, it showed me e kyc failed, go and apply physically... Is it the same case for you too...

Only aadhar card can do the job. Retry filling online application

No need of that in modern age. Your mom will need to sign on physical PAN card after receiving. There will be a blank space for that.
