Is there any thing that a heron WON'T eat?
Seems like they'll make a go at anything that has a chance of fitting down their throat.

Obviously the heron's mother should have taught him not to play with his food before eating it.

Took him a while but he finally figured it out. Just needed a little water to wash it down!

I used to think snakes are scary, but now it seems like half the time they are afraid of being eaten.

Yes, some snakes venom would kill a heron this was not a venomous snake. They are more careful killing the venomous snakes before eating them

No, most snakes are not "poisonous". No snake is poisonous. SOME are venomous, most are not

I had a Staffordshire Bull Terrier that caught a Great Blue Heron stealing fish from my pond and killed it. Herons don't always win!

They damn sure win against your fish or any prey that fits down their throat. No one is saying that they are supposed to fight animals like dogs.

You're so full of shit... a heron would've flew off before the dog would've caught it. Must've been a goose you uncultured swine

    • @AncientCreature-i2o

Fuck your stupid dog. Herons are a protected species for good reason. They're more important to the ecosystem than your overbred brain dead mutt.
