- Hi everybody!! On this video I'm doing an Accommodation tour. This is how the Emirates Accommodation for Cabin Crew looks like. However this is just one of them, there are several other buildings in different locations around Dubai.

Btw, are there vision requirements for EK cabin crew, and do they ask about glasses/soft lenses during the assessment day? Curious about this aspect 😄
You should go for it! You can have glasses and lenses no issue 🤗

This year I decided to apply for this job but unfortunately I’m reaaally worried about my age , I’m 29 y.o but many people say me that I look younger ,so anyway I want to make an effort and try my best 🤣👵🏼

Very nice. How do you choose your room, by seniority? Can you change rooms as seniority increases?
When we arrive we get alocated a random apartment. Then after 3months, after completing the training we can check what places are available and change😊

Yes! This is the place where we live while we work 😊
Hello i wanted to ask if you can quit the job at anytime let’s say after 8 months without any consequences from the company or penalties due to the 3 years contract

No. This is only for cabin crew :)
Hello is the car park shown in the video for cabin crew to use, so can you own a car in this accommodation

Please replied me how many refrigerator company will provide to their Crew by suppose there is 3 people or 2 people in one appartment that time company will provide 3 or 2 refrigerator or yoy need to share 1 refrigerator with everyone
Its only one, we need to share. But its a big one we’ve never had issues with that 😊

Yes I do :) But it depends I think some flats on the lower floors may have an issue with this
how did you and your roommate decide who gets the bedroom with the balcony?
I saw what flats were empty and booked the big room first :)

Yes its possible! If you are already married you will get an extra monthly allowance to get your own place 😊

Only mine has the balcony. When you join you get a random room. After that you can see what accomodations are available and change if you want :)

Yes you can :) but it can take some time because you will have to find an apartment with 2 empty rooms
Hi I heard you get up to 90% discount on food in restaurants like Burj Khalifa and even on salons like on your nails and waxing and beauty services, is it true? Please make a video on all those perks
True 😊 but usually 35%-50%. Plus free entrance at pools and gyms.

@@tamiresv.b4511pilots spend a lot of money and a lot of education to become pilots. Both roles are different and important!

No they wont :) you can still get the job and start working a few months later

@@hikingjoe4752Yes! When I was at the assessment centre people got turned away immediately if they were not at most 6 months from turning 21

Hi there I’ve got the emirates job, I’m flying out in a week, they haven’t given me no instructions on how much luggage am I allowed to take or will I be flying economy, if you can please tell me the whole journey of going there and starting training please
Hey girl! I’m leaving tomorrow for dubai and they gave me information of my flight only 6days before :) nothing for the accommodation yet lol and the luggage are 50kg but I am over weight of 10 I hope I am allowed to take it 😅
They will send you all the information, just give it some time :)
I heard that this is one of the best accommodations but that this is the last building that the Emirates bus passes on the way home and that is why it is tiring. That is true?

How far away is the airport? What is the travel time on the bus?
This building is the furthest away. Takes about 40min. All other accomodations are closer like 20-15min :)

I am not sure how much is the minimum accepted. But 1.67 is enough for sure 😊 I am 1.69cm

The rooms? No never. We share the apartment in my case 1 flatmate. But separate rooms :)

You have to start in economy, then after some time you get upgraded to business class, then first class and so on
I smoke cigarettes! I know you cant smoke in uniform but can you smoke cigarettes when you are off duty outside
Yes you can smoke off duty and even in uniform there some appropriate areas where you can smoke 😊

In the accomodation you can only have same gender flatmate. In case you are married you will get a monthly allowance to get your own place :)

I am new joiner I am moroccan and Muslim and I hate the smell of any smoke and alchool . Emirates gave me a flat mate from africa with same ac who smokes everyday and the smokes shisha enters my room . She also drinks alchol. Emirates Airlines should become stricter like Qatar on checking the apartment every week at surprise hours so maybe us new joiners would enjoy our welcoming better . This is a shame of emirates to hire such people as it is labelled Best Airline in the world . Please take more care of your crew members and hire good people!

Officially it’s free. However if you live out you get an extra allowance for accommodation

Yes we live here after the training and we don’t pay for it. And its very safe we have security 24h
