Very nice Penthouse... However, it makes little sense to park your money like this... Instead one can book 2 Bedroom Penthouse Suite in Burj al Arab for a month and still pay peanuts as compared to 10 million USD. No tension of Breakfast, Evening Savouries, Electricity Bills, Cleaning Maids... And you leave Dubai as a tourist and again return and stay this time in Palazzo Versace.... Do it 40 times in your life and still you will have a lot left in that 10 Million USD....
That's true but ur not really "parking" ur money... It's more of an investment so if I were to buy it today for 10 million I could sell it in the future and make a profit. So it would actually be far more expensive to constantly stay at hotels so many times you get me?

@@deepgeny1 plus real estate isn’t a good way to make profits. That money could be growing above inflation rate rater than at inflation rate minus bills. Owning a few properties is good for an emergency income source, but at 10 million, I don’t think you need it nor would anybody rent this.
vipinbagga1 - I understand everything you say but you don't have your own private pool. That's the only way I would justify spending that much money, it's just so I have my own pool that I (and whoever I live with) can use it amongst ourselves

Apparently it often happens in Dubai that you buy an apartment, have a nice view and later other residential towers are built in front of it. 3:31 The AVA is then located where the construction site is in the kitchen. And in the master bedroom you now look at a residential tower and these residents can then look into your apartment.
Nice video. I live in Australia and our market is flat or in negative in a lot of places. There seems to be so much building in Dubai is there a market for it or are the Arabs showing off. Besause Dubai looks like a city of the future with all the developments. I have worked with high rise developments and some apartment especially the upper floor penthouses, have many birthdays before they sell.

Not a big fan of those glass panels on the balcony, they seem to easily break unless they are bulletproof. I'd much rather concrete half walls or whatever they are called on the balcony.
