1. Khelif was born with xy chromosomes with DSD 5-ARD deficiency.. Internal testes and no ovaries ... As such, Khelif was misassigned at birth as a female .. same as Caster Semenya and Brittany Griner ...
2. When Khelif reached puberty, his xy chromosomes kicked in (specifically the y chromosome) releasing normal male levels of testosterone from internal testes and resulting in all the attributes associated with being a male (muscle mass, bone density, lung capacity, larger heart, broader shoulders, deeper voice, etc) .. just look at the video of Khelif walking around Paris .. major broad shoulders and a typical male gait ..
3. In 2023, Khelif was banned by the IBA for not meeting the female division sex requirements .. ie. Not having xx chromosomes ... 7. Algeria should be ashamed knowing full well they are exploiting the IOC's incompetence and willful woke ignorance, instead of actual solid recognized facts and science.
8. Their egregious decision (IOC) could lead to serious injuries, or even death, to actual xx female athletes. It's just insane.

No. Because they are very careful not to file for defamation but rather bullying and harassment. They also don’t go against the IBA because they know the tests were accurate. The reason they said the tests were not legitimate is because they were singled out to perform the tests AFTER they beat a Russian athlete who had a perfect record (undefeated) so far. One might argue this is discriminatory. However, the two DNA tests that were performed did not lie.
I don’t know why they don’t just make DNA testing for all athletes mandatory again. That doesn’t make a lick of sense to me.
Now, going back to your original question: no, there is no way Khelif will be stripped of their medal because they fully comply with the IOC regulations (which are unfair, immoral and dangerous in my opinion). So the weight of the responsibility lies on the IOC shoulders, and it doesn’t look like they will ever take accountability.
