You will just start applying
You will be better off going to Mexico for your education working in Mexico for 5 years for TCS getting work visa for America then coming to America with your Mexican citizenship and work visa for America so that you can get high wages. Otherwise you will just be cheap Indian labor

You are brilliant to have 5 years of work experience you should have 5 years of work experience before graduates go if you are man or two years of work experience if you are a woman the problem you will have is there is very few H-1B in America for civil engineering design and civil engineering or structural engineering doesn't qualify or is not in demand for h-1b. You are going to be better off getting education in Mexico, working in Mexico for 5 years, getting your citizenship then coming to America. Where you can get high wages and can work for any company you want. I know you want to come to America but your first step is going to be Mexico
