Hi! Quick question why does not enough animations have to be server dependant? Why is it not client side if a resource pack like Fresh Animations is client side.

you should cover more of what the mods do. you couldve showcased much more than just the eating and ladder climbing animations in that time.
Mouse tweaks is unironically so good, and well made of a feature addition, that when i went to playing on a vanilla realm with friends, I THOUGHT IT WAS A BASE GAME THING AND INSTINCTIVELY TRIED TO DO IT.

If someone feels like the zoom mod is cheating, there’s a Spyglass version out there that simply improves the spyglass (meaning, you still need the actual item).
Yeah but mods are also technically cheating, but I see your point. The only thing is the spyglass is just overrated and this mod just seems more convenient.

@@p1xel2 exactly. I say "technically" cuz it's a mod, but some mods are compatible with vanilla and that makes it confoosing.
and there's a mod that simply binds an spyglass that must be somewhere in your inventory to a key. that's what i use.
You can find his shaderpack on the curseforge page of Complementary Shaders - Unbound
In "Files", you can find a shaderpack called "Complementary v4.6" which is exactly his one.
Don't forget to import his settings in the description of the video and you're all set!
HOW CAN I IMPROT THE SETTINGS
copy paste the text in the description in a .txt file, then on minecraft shaders, on top right you will see an arrow going to the down saying "Import".
It will ask you to choose a file to import, then you will choose the .txt file you created earlier.

Where is minecraft shaders?
I'm not gonna lie, when you showcased the Not Enough Animations mod I didn't think anything of it when you ate because I genuinely believed that lifting the hand up was in Java which I have been hard playing for weeks. Then you mentioned it's not in the game and I though, " Wait... there's no way." I booted up the game, went in third person, ate a potato, and my mind was blown. I'm definitely gonna have to pick up this mod now.
Try spawn animations mod, it ads a small animation to mobs instead of them appearing out of nowhere
If the mod you're talking about is the one I'm thinking of, it's actually a datapack. Also I noticed it's basically just making mobs at a certain distance invisible and once they get close enough it starts the animation of them rising out of the ground. Oh yeah and it started making mobs spawn within like 7 blocks of me so I ended up removing it.

This is a really good video to reference moving forward. I make a lot of packs for my friends, but the way my mind works, I get lost in what I'm doing, I get frustrated, and I have to start over.
Short of Explosive Enhancements and Wakes, along with sound mods like Sound Physics Remastered, Presence Footsteps and one other I'm forgetting the name of, this is basically everything I'd consider essential mod-wise.
Amaaaaazing video, I actually want to put all of these in my vanilla minecraft experience, unlike almost all other mod recomendation videos I've seen were I was only interested in 1 or 2 out of 100 in a 30 min video. Actual quality, thank you!

I think I'll get some of these too! I already have fresh animations and visuality (but I haven't gotten it to work yet). Another mod I have that is really helpful to me is tree harvester; every time you chop down all the logs of a tree, all the leaves decay almost at once.

One mod I like to use for immersion in progression is Advancement Plaques. Shows a small popup when completing an advancement, with sound.

Yo straight up i would NOT have imagined your shaders to be complementary, they look absolutely insane and not at all what i know complementary to look like, crazy what changing the settings can do

Falling tree - falling tree
Leaves be gone - leaves despawn instantly
Freecam - spectator for building in survival
inventory hud + - for stuff such as item durabilities on ur hotbar
Jade - information hud on what ure looking at
Just Enough Items - for item and recipe viewing
Villager names - every villager gets a name :D
the hunger visual thing is a vanilla tweaks rp also
the hud ones are a definite must for me no more accidental pickaxe breaks!
these are mods you wouldn’t really need outside of non-vanilla.

Love the 3D "voxels" on blocks pack(s), I must keep note of that pack.
My must have mods on any playthrough have always been:
1. Multi mine
2. Corpse mod
3. Xaeros mini map and world map
4. Milk any mobs mod
5. Jenny mod
6. Hitler companion mod
7. Crop dusting
8. Twerk mod
9. Amogus
And lastly
10. Alex toe pic paintings mod
I mean I feel like these have become essential mods for minecraft now, no reason to not have them on any playthrough. Imo these should just be vanilla features

mouse tweaks is so good, as is accurate block placement. I dont want to have to click 1 million times to get things done
I can't live without Projecte in my modpacks. That mod is such a godsend for when you need random items on the fly.
Two mods I'd like to suggest that's pretty small, but I feel helps make the world feel more real, are Distant Horizons and Better Clouds.
Distant Horizons is getting updates to work with shaders soonish, so it'll be even cooler, but basically it lets you have a lower real render distance, with some LOD chunks then filling in for a long distance. Rather than say, a 16 chunk distance and you see the edge of a mountain, you can have something like 256 chunk render distance (with reduced quality to reduce lag), seeing multiple mountains into the distance, it's really nice for helping make the world feel touchable (think like, Breath of the Wild, you can see Death Mountain from the Great Plateau, but in Minecraft that's an impossible distance)
Better Clouds just makes clouds have extra layers which I think is Very Pretty, just gives more dynamics to the sky
i'd love to use the shaderpack as you have it now, but the old version doesn't seem to be available anymore. hopefully with some tweaks i can get it to look like yours, i find it really beautiful without being too much!

You could use Better Advancements (I believe that's what it is named) for a bigger Advancement Screen, could be helpful for the Mob Head Datapack, and just in general
Hey there! I've been enjoying your videos. How did you manage to combine fresh animations and shaders with Sodium? I've been struggling to get them to work simultaneously. Any tutorial recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Optifine isn't cutting it anymore.
Specifically my issue is that fresh animations work smoothly with Fabric alone, but when I add Iris for shaders, fresh animations stop working. Should I stick with Iris or is there another way? Thanks!
this really makes you realize how little has been done in minecraft's development on game feel. i feel like mojang forcing themselves to have perfect parity between bedrock, which has to run on phones, and java is holding back the game.
there is just so much stuff that feels super dated and quality of life improvements which could elevate the game to another level.
new updates always add so much stuff you never interact with myself because the game just doesnt tell you about them. why is there no update log ingame and a little tutorial for new features? add to that that all the new items and block types and the inventory is still just as small as when the game had less items than we have wood types today.
minecraft today does not feel like a modern version of minecraft, but how minecraft felt back then but you installed a few mods that add things here and there without much cohesion.

I feel like vanilla minecraft should have more features built in which you can enable disable, customize etc. mainly being the particles, like they have cherry tree leaf particles but no option to enable it for other trees, dont make it a permanent unchable thing but give the option to enable it, that way we dont have to install mods

I'm playing Minecraft with the Fabric loader mod pack to enhance performances, can i just download any of the mods you presented and put them on the same mods file where i put the first mod pack ? will it work like that or do i need to anything more specific ?
Sorry to promote my own stuff here, but like Genuinely I feel like my Breathing Freely datapack would fit perfectly here; it's like the cave dust mod but it applies a full ambience overhaul to every single biome.

It's a mod I found months ago, that make the Sniffer more dynamic to cold environment!

I've always just assumed they're tropical creatures based on their colors & the fact that you can only find those eggs in warm oceans
@@adamgeigerjr6995 Well it's not like this mod add variants of it. All it does it put a layer of snow on these giant mobs, like how a cow would get snow on their back in harsh winter. It's adorable, and you can remove that with many methods.
'it's kinda like banners from terraria, you get them from random drops' you get terraria banners for every 50 kills

I have a small issue with the shader pack, whenever i open up video settings, i cant find the shader packs button to add it in. :(
you should try out LambDynamicLights mod(i don't know if shaders have dynamic lights since my laptop lags when i try to use them). it is the same thing that optifine does and add dynamic lights. When you hold a torch, or something that should produce light, it lights up the area around it. it also works when you throw the item. different items have different light levels. it doesn't affect mob spawning but it still is useful for me.
How do I install All Mob Heads? do I have to break it apart and put things in different places like data or does it all go into resourcepacks / datapacks / mods?

Not sure if anyone can help, but I seem to be having an issue using Pick Up Notifier myself - I get an error saying it requires Puzzleslib version 20.4.7 or later. I've installed the latest version of Puzzleslib but note it only goes up to version 20.4.31 - there is no v.20.4.7. I've tried looking around for later versions but this one I have was released this month so I'm fairly confident its the latest version. I've also tried a slightly older version of Pick Up Notifier - version 20.4.1 instead of 20.4.2 - but have had no luck so far. Any suggestions? I've had to play without the mod for now...
Downloaded most of these mods and frankly it still runs way better than optifine while also giving so much more life to my base !

Yo, I was trying to get the Fresh Animation Texture Pack, the other mods that are needed are working fine. I can't seem to troubleshoot why it won't let me equip the texture pack. Each time it says "resource reload failed" can anyone help me? I use Sodium and I am playing on 1.19.2 currently.

I noticed that your blocks have outlines with the shader pack enabled, and that the textures on some blocks, like the small patches on the grass for example, pop out a lot more. I really like this effect, but looking through the settings of Complementary Unbound, I have no idea where I can enable this. I'm unfortunately also not sure where to find the .txt file that allows me to edit these settings directly. If it's not too bothersome, could you please explain where I can find these settings?

No problem! Open your Shader settings, click "Other" then click "World Outline" and turn it on. Hope this helped!

Edit: Nvm, I figured it out. It's the "generated normals" option.

I was completely unaware that you didnt physically eat in java. I guess i never ate while in third person and noticed it, I just assumed it was the same as in the console editions lol
